Speedy ID Using Design Thinking
Design thinking isn’t some kind of academic theory. Not at all.
It’s a pragmatic approach to creating things that meet an audience’s needs. The challenge is that most of us have to update our assumptions.
I’m used to being the sole proprietor of my instructional solutions. That’s an ADDIE perspective I’ve had to discard.
To enable design thinking, I need to become the solution’s steward, not its owner. Learners, users, team members, whatever you call them. They own the learning and 51% of the solution they forge with you.
Here are the major concepts from the Speedy ID Through Design Thinking course in a one page handout.

P.S. Maybe give me a hand?
I need to evolve this course. If you have feedback, whether miniscule or substantial, I’d appreciate your comments:-)
P.P.S. You Gotta Try 7Taps
I created this entire course in less than 5 hours, and that includes brainstorming, writing, and fitting it into 7taps. For free.
Give it a try. Fun. Easy. And your audience will thank you.
Super great experience on 7taps! Not a fan of leaving a comment tho…the grey blocks out what I am writing. Super odd.
Well, that’s bizarre… I’ll try to replicate it and make it stop.
